We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Senior Implementation Consultants. These roles require a strong ERP implementation background and also a demonstration of the ability to understand and solve business problems.

Responsibilities

The main functions of the role are:

• Customer analysis of requirements for new implementations
• NetSuite implementation project management, configuration, training and support
• Support sales activities on functional requirements and demonstrations

Requirements

You will possess a strong implementation background, excellent analytical skills, good customer facing skills and a solid understanding of business systems. Other requirements include:

• Significant experience in an external or internal consultancy or “trusted expert” role.
• Previous experience of implementing an ERP, finance and CRM systems, preferably NetSuite
• Deep knowledge of transactional business processes such as such as procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, including accounting impact.
• Previous experience of pre-sales
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• A can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

Additionally, we are looking for the following skills:

• Accounting: a qualification in accounting coupled with strong up-to-date knowledge of business accounting processes, from book-keeping through to multi-company consolidation. The ability to converse at CFO level is essential

or

• Solutions Design: a degree in a computing-related discipline along with experience in analysing, designing and specifying custom software solutions, or in programming, with experience of Javascript and a computing-related degree strongly preferred.

• Experience in face-to-face analysis, specification, project planning and effort estimating.
• Experience managing and leading small project teams with evidence of delivering successful projects.

There will be a requirement to travel nationally and possibly internationally but the majority of work will be performed remotely from your home office.

Implementation Consultants work directly with Project Leads/Managers to execute NetSuite implementations and changes to existing systems using the firm’s project methodology. We are looking for experienced implementation consultants who wish to join our successful teams and to move up to more senior positions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews
• Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into client’s infrastructure
• Work alongside the project lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutions
• Train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applications
• Develop customized saved searches for shared business user usage and to support integration needs
• Develop informational reports
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Support on-site and/or remote implementation of NetSuite’s web-based ERP applications
• Participate in business analysis sessions to analyse, specify and document customer requirements.
• Help identify potential solution gaps and suggest, design and build solutions.
• Help customer optimise the use of the ERP application.
• Define, configure and customise the applications to deliver solutions that meet the customer’s requirements.
• Creation of test plans and training documentation
• Assist with process testing
• Conduct on-site and/or web-based training.
• Continuously improve your product knowledge, research new and complementary products needed to deliver a complete solution.
• Supporting implementation consultants with various activities on NetSuite implementations

Essential Requirements:

• An interest and degree qualification of the following areas: Accounting, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science.
• An understanding of accounting principles
• A self-starter with the ability to identify and proactively resolve problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Full NetSuite training will be provided; however, any prior systems exposure will be useful.

There will be a requirement to travel nationally and possibly internationally but the majority of work will be performed remotely from your home office.

Our Assistant Implementation Consultants have a six-month probationary period which if satisfactory is migrated onto a permanent basis
